Refreshing Green Smoothie
As much as kids turn their noses up at green smoothies my daughter loves this version that has a chocolate mint flavour.
Equipment
- Vitamix/Blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop ice 2-3 cubes
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- ½ frozen banana
- 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp seed mix (chia, hemp, flax)
- ½ tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
- 1 tsp chlorella optional
- 1 drop peppermint oil or a few fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your blender and start on low until mixed and on high to blend.
